Regarding the sample sequence the submitted structure is for Borrelia burgdorferi gene bba14, protein BB_A14 from strain B31, (although BLAST could show identity also to strain 118a). BBA14 is not found on Uniprot yet and in NCBI Gene the sequence is discontinued because of some renaming of genes, but you can find the entry for BBA14 from B. burgdorferi B31 here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/11473658 And the protein sequence can be found here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/protein/WP_010258119.1 For the Se-Met structure 7QDV, we agreed that once the Uniprot will release in May-June the sequence for BBA14, I will inform you so that you can update.
